We, the men of the Corning-Elmira (NY) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, extend a warm invitation to you to support our scholarship fund by becoming a sponsor of our highly anticipated annual Sweetheart Ball fundraising event.
Eighteen years ago, we embraced the challenge to create a legacy aligned with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity's fundamental purpose of achievement. Our mission is to empower individuals with leadership qualities and a passion for learning, who may lack the means to pursue their ambitions.
To realize our vision, we have partnered with the Community Foundation of Elmira Corning and the Finger Lakes, a nonprofit public charity committed to enhancing the quality of life in the Elmira, Corning, and Finger Lakes regions of New York through philanthropy.
The Sweetheart Ball, scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2025, promises to be an extraordinary day filled with delectable food, enchanting dance, and uplifting music. Your sponsorship will contribute directly to our scholarship fund, supporting future college students who will carry our collective legacy forward.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Diamond Sponsor (Corporate and Generous Donors) - $1600 (+ processing fee via online). ​This sponsor level includes a table of 10 & VIP seating (all guest will be seated at the same table)
Individual $115 (+ processing fee via online)/ Couples Sponsor - $230 (+ processing fee via online). This sponsorship tier includes seating, but please note that we cannot guarantee seating at the same table with other guests you may know.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated proudly celebrates over 113 years of dedicated service as a national fraternal organization. In the Corning and Elmira region, our alumni members have consistently exemplified leadership and achievement for over a decade, contributing significantly to the betterment of local communities.
Our commitment to making a positive impact is reflected through various programs and initiatives. We extend support to those less fortunate, provide encouragement to others, and empower youth to achieve success in their futures. At the core of Kappa Alpha Psi's mission is the pursuit of achievement, exemplified through scholarships for aspiring college students, community service initiatives, and activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life in our communities.
Recognized as leaders in our communities, our membership is growing, with dedicated men holding a minimum 4-year college degree from accredited institutions. The Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation, our national philanthropic arm, serves as a guiding force, encouraging members to embrace the importance of giving back to others and fostering individual achievement among our youth.
We invite you to support our 2024 Sweetheart Ball by purchasing an ad in our DIGITAL ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAY. This elegant black-tie affair is scheduled for Saturday, February 17th, 2024, at the Corning Museum of Glass Club in Corning, New York. With an expected attendance of approximately 260 guests from across the State of NY, this event is recognized as one of the premier gatherings in the region.
Your participation in the digital advertisement display offers a unique opportunity to showcase your company, products, and services to potential new customers, reconnect with past customers, or convey a heartfelt message to your sweetheart. Choose from full-page, half-page, or quarter-page ad spaces, with the full page priced at a bargain of $100—a remarkable value for your investment.
By featuring your ad in this year's digital display, you will:
- Gain exposure to over 260 guests at a minimal cost.
- Receive special recognition during the Ball.
Additionally, express your appreciation to your sweetheart with a personalized message in this year's ad booklet. Examples of the Corning-Elmira, NY Alumni Chapter's commitment to service and volunteerism include:
- Providing four yearly scholarships to local high school seniors.
- Volunteering for the United Way seasonal fundraising campaign.
- Collaborating with Habitat for Humanity.
- Mentoring collegiate members of Kappa Alpha Psi.
